National Competition Of Clothing Designers In «Neo-Folklore» Among Colleges Kazakhstan Will Be Held In Taraz
The National competition of young fashion designers in the style of «Neo-folklore» among colleges of Kazakhstan will be held between 3-7 May in Taraz City during the annual «ASPARA FASHION WEEK».
The purpose of the competition is to revive, develop and further popularize the elements of national ornament, traditional crafts, and clothing design among the youth.
Novice designers from among the students of colleges specializing in “Fashion design” and “Sewing production and modeling of clothes” will take part in the competition.
The workshops, training, and master classes with the participation of designers, clothing manufacturers, and business trainers from the Netherlands, Germany, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tatarstan will be held as part of the competition.
The organizers: Kazakhstan Institute of public development supported by the Ministry of Information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Scientific and Production Center of Fashion and Assortment “Asyl -Design”.
